My menopause journey started in my late 30’s, the only thing that I was expecting was for periods to stop and hot flushes to start but boy was I so wrong! After a few year’s of trying to cope with everything I felt I had no other choice but to go on hrt, earlier this year I decided to stop taking hrt because of the constant bleeding and because it wasn’t helping with most of my symptoms so I started looking at alternatives but there’s so much information out there that everything was overwhelming and I just didn’t know where to start. The hardest part has been losing the connection with Allah somewhere through this… 😢


But Alhamdulillah I recently came across sister Nikita’s page and instantly felt it was right for me and love the fact that how she brings Deen into the teachings. I am ready to implement lifestyle changes in order to be in a better place physically, mentally and emotionally.

In the Muslimah Vitality Hub, there is no crazy diet that you have to force-feed yourself on for a set number of days.


Rather, it is an attitude reset that happens gradually and gently, becoming part of your life, for all of your life. I began to notice big changes just 2 weeks into the programme and with the extra energy I now have, I’ve finally mastered my night-time routine including doing my adhkaar and duas, whereas for years I tried to fight sleep and intense tiredness late evening onwards.


The content never overwhelms, but is delivered at a pace that takes into account busy schedules. You never feel left behind at all!


The bonus is making some wonderful friends along the way to cheer on the newer, fitter, happier you.

Before I joined this coaching group I told myself and my friends that I am a sugar junkie and a caffeine tea junkie and I would not be able to give up added sugar, biscuits and my 3 cups of tea with biscuits! Now proved wrong binithnillah.


I also told myself that I would eat into the night and not modify my snacking habits as I am a sensory eater and grazer. Proved wrong again!
