Meet Rose,

Dr. Rose Aslan brings her depth of experience to guide you through this journey.

With extensive training in transformational breathwork and a PhD in Islamic studies, Dr. Aslan creates a compassionate space for healing, drawing from her own journey and expertise in embodied spirituality.

Her work has empowered countless individuals to find tranquillity and deepen their relationship with the Divine.

  • She is an ICF-certified life coach and certified Breathwork practitioner (400 hours of training from Breathwork Africa).

  • She also studied transformational breathwork with Ruzgar Gulliz, a Turkish breathwork teacher based in Istanbul, and Sidi Abdullah Tawfiq, based in Spain and the creator of Fitrah Breathing, which combines Islamic principles with well-being for Muslims.

  • She spent several decades studying and then teaching religious and Islamic studies.

  • She is the author of a recently published monograph, Muslim Prayer in American Public Life (Oxford University Press, 2024), and is currently writing a spiritual memoir.
