GYNAECOLOGIST & PERIMENOPAUSE COACH

Nikita is a Gynaecologist turned perimenopause and menopause coach for Muslim women.

She has practised modern medicine for over 20 years in the UK and abroad. She is also a certified health coach.

Today, she infuses best practices from conventional and holistic medicine, and our sunnah and helps Muslim women navigate through perimenopause and menopause with more energy, focus, and confidence.
