  • Processed, low-quality food at home

The truth is—healing often starts in the gut.

These simple, traditional foods are:

✔️ Rich in beneficial bacteria

✔️ Full of healthy fats

✔️ Free from additives and preservatives

And best of all… they’re easy to make once you know how.

🤍 Meet Your Teacher

Maryam

A Polish revert to Islam, mother of five, and passionate advocate for natural living.

Maryam grew up in post-communist Poland, where food wasn’t convenient—it was made. Guided by her grandmother, a nurse trained during wartime, she learned powerful traditional methods of healing through food when medicine wasn’t easily available.

After embracing Islam, she connected this wisdom with the Prophetic teaching that the stomach is central to health—bringing together traditional knowledge and the Sunnah approach to wellbeing.

Today, she teaches women how to bring these lost skills back into their homes, simply and confidently.
